How to Reset Samsung Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra
You can perform factory data reset Samsung S21 series to fix a phone frozen or crashing, slow down a phone, etc. It will reset your phone to its default factory settings.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel with two fingers from the top and tap on the Settings icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap the General management.
Step 3: Tap Reset.
Step 4: Tap the Factory data reset.
You can see the list of data that will remove after factory reset data.
Step 5: Scroll down and tap the Reset button.
Step 6: Enter the PIN or Password to unlock the screen.
Step 7: Tap the Delete all button.
Step 8: Enter your Samsung account password if you have added it.
How to Factory Reset Samsung S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra Using Recovery Mode
You can apply this method when your S21 won’t turn on/power on, touchscreen unresponsive, black screen of death, etc. Make sure to back up your data before performing the below settings.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel and tap on the Power button.
Step 2: Tap the Power off icon.
Step 3: Press & hold the Power key and volume up key simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears on the screen.
You can see the Android recovery screen.
Step 4: Press the volume down button until highlight Wipe data/factory reset.
Step 5: Press the Power button once.
You can see this message: Wipe all user data?
Step 6: Press the Volume down button to select Factory data reset.
Step 7: Press the Power button to apply it.
You can see the wiping data/formatting data process at the bottom left corner of the screen. Wait until complete the process.
Step 8: Press the Power button to reboot the system now.
