Apply below given possible solutions to fix Pixel 6 Pro restart randomly issue.

Check for Software Update

You can manually check the updates using the below settings in your latest Pixels (Android 12) devices.

Step 1: Open the app drawer & tap on the Settings app.

Step 2: Scroll down & tap on System.

Step 3: Tap on System update.

Step 4: Tap on Check for update at the bottom right corner.

Step 5: Update your device if available system update.

Update All Apps

Make sure all apps are updated with the latest version. Sometimes apps cause this type of issue because of forgetting to update apps.

Step 1: Open the Play store app in your Pixels.

Step 2: Tap on the Profile icon at the top right corner.

Step 3: Tap on Manage apps and devices.

Step 4: Tap on Update all.

Step 5: Now, update apps on your Google Pixel device.

Activate Safe Mode on Pixel 6 Pro

Step 1: Tap & hold the power button until the power menu appears.

Step 2: Long-press the Power off until view “Reboot to safe mode”

Step 3: Tap on OK to boot your Pixel 6 into safe mode.

Step 4: You can see Safe mode at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Now, disable third-party apps. You can only use system-installed apps. Check your Pixel 6 Pro facing the same issue into safe mode. If you are still facing problems in safe mode, check for a hardware issue. If you’re Pixel running without any problem into safe mode, any downloaded app causes the randomly restarting issue. Find the app and remove it from your Pixels. You can start deleting apps one by one that was recently installed on your phone. To exit safe mode, you need to restart your Pixel phone.

 Factory Reset your Pixel 6 Pro 

This process will delete all your Pixel data. So backup & restore your essential data before factory reset or hard reset Pixel 6 Pro using hardware buttons.

Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel & tap the Settings gear icon.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on the System.

Step 3: Scroll down and tap on the Reset options.

Step 4: Tap on the Erase all data (Factory reset). 

Step 5: Check the box Erase downloaded SIMs if you want to remove SIMs data and tap on Erase all data at the bottom right corner.

Step 6: Unlock your Pixel device.

Step 7: Again, tap on the Erase all data button to reset your Pixel.

Now, delete all your Pixel device data and reset to factory default settings. Click here if you want to factory reset or hard reset your Pixel 6 Pro using the power and volume buttons.
