By default, enable cellular data usage in the background for all apps in your Google Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, and other Pixels. Using this tutorial, you can disable or turn off background data for the app in Google Pixel 6 Pro. Also, close all apps (Recent) at once that are running in the background in your Pixels series (Running Android 12). You can check mobile data usage and wifi data usage and restrict them.

How to Disable App Background Data Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro
You can individually turn off background data for the app in your Pixels (Android 12) using the below settings.
Step 1: Open the app drawer & tap the Settings app.
Step 2: Tap on the Apps.
Step 3: Tap on the See all apps.
Step 4: Make sure to select All apps in drop down box.
Step 5: Select the App you want to stop background data usage.
Step 6: Tap on the Mobile data and Wi-Fi.
Step 7: Toggle off Background data.

You can close all apps or clear all recent apps running in the background on your Pixels using the settings below.
Step 1: Swipe up & hold from the bottom of the screen to view the Recent apps list.
Step 2: Swipe up the app to individually close the app.
Swipe the screen right side until view Clear all to close all apps at once.
Step 3: Tap on Clear all.
