Irritating by OnePlus apps crashing issue while opening or suddenly freeze apps? Several reasons cause this issue, like missing app updates, software updates, full storage, downloaded app issue, etc. Here’s how to fix apps keep freezing and crashing on OnePlus 10 Pro/OnePlus 10T/OnePlus 10R. You can clear the app cache & data if you know the particular app causing the problem on your device. Also, enable safe mode to check if a third-party app is causing the problem.

Follow the below given possible solutions one by one to fix the OnePlus app crashing or freezing problems.
Update Apps
Step 1: Open the Play Store on the OnePlus.
Step 2: Tap on Profile symbol at the top right corner.
Step 3: Tap on Manage apps and device.
Step 4: Tap on See details.
You can see the list of apps pending downloads on your device.
Step 5: Tap on Update if you want to update the app or Update all to update all apps automatically.
Check Software Update
You can manually check for system updates using the below settings.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down at the end and tap on About device.
Step 3: Tap on Software update.
Update your device if available and check to fix the issues.
Free Up Space on OnePlus 10 Pro
Sometimes due to full memory, suddenly app stops working or closes when you open it. Free up space on your OnePlus 10 Pro to remove unnecessary files using file manager and uninstall unused apps.

Clear App Cache
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Apps & notifications.
Step 3: Tap on See all apps.
Step 4: Select the App from the list you want to clear the cache.
Step 5: Tap on Storage and cache.
Step 6: Tap on Clear cache.
If clear cache can’t fix the issue, you’ll clear storage or clear data (Delete app data permanently) to go Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Choose an App > Storage and cache > Clear storage > OK.
Activate Safe Mode to fix App Crashing or Freezing issue on OnePlus 10 Pro 5G/10/10R
Step 1: Tap & hold the power key until the power menu view.
Step 2: Tap and hold the Power off button until you view the pop-up message of Reboot to safe mode?
Step 3: Tap on OK.
Now, your OnePlus is rebooting in safe mode. The safe mode icon view is at the bottom left corner. If your OnePlus 10 Pro is working without any problem in safe mode, it means any downloaded app causing this OnePlus freezing or crashing issues. Restart your OnePlus to exit safe mode and delete one by one recently installed apps until you find that app. After finding that app, re-install other apps from the play store.
Force Stop App
Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Select the App > Force stop > OK
Uninstall the App and Re-install
This is the last possible solution you should try to fix the app issues.
Step 1: Open the Play store app on your OnePlus.
Step 2: Tap on Profile symbol at the top right corner.
Step 3: Tap on Manage apps and device.
Step 4: Tap on See details.
Step 5: Tap on App you want to uninstall.
Step 6: Tap on Uninstall.
Step 7: Again, tap on Uninstall.
Restart your OnePlus after uninstalling the app. Now, open the play store, download the app, install it again, and check to fix the problem.
