Several reasons cause WiFi connectivity problems, such as a faulted router, power outlet damage, poor network connectivity, etc.
Restart your OnePlus
Tap & hold the power button and volume up button at the same time & tap on Restart. After restarting your OnePlus, check WiFi is working without any problem.
Turn on Airplane Mode & Turns off
If there is a poor network signal, so dropping WiFi constantly, you’ll try this method.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel at the top and tap on Airplane mode.
Step 2: Wait 10 seconds and again tap on Airplane mode.
Now, your OnePlus device automatically connects to WiFi.
Turn Off Bluetooth
Swipe down the notification panel & tap on the Bluetooth icon if turning on. Try to connect with the WiFi network and check to fix the issue.

You need to delete your WiFi network on your OnePlus using the below settings.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on WiFi.
Step 3: Make sure to toggle on Wi-Fi.
Step 4: Tap on the Network name you want to delete.
Step 5: Tap on Remove this network.
Step 6: Tap on Remove.
Now, restart your OnePlus device and again connect the WiFi, go Settings > WiFi > Toggle on WiFi > Tap on your Wi-Fi network > Enter the password > Connect
