How to Fix OnePlus 7 Pro App Crashing Issues
First of all, restart your device to the long press power button and tap the restart button on your OnePlus 7 Pro device.
Check for the App Update
Make sure all apps updated with the latest version. You can check for app updates using the given settings.
Step 1: Open the Play Store in your OnePlus 7 Pro.
Step 2: Tap Three horizontal lines (More) at the upper left corner.

This message appears: Cache will be wiped, continue?

Factory Reset
