Apply below given possible solutions to fix app crashing and freezing issue on Samsung Galaxy Note 9 device.

Check App Update

Check if any app updates are available on your devices. If an apps update is available, update apps, and after that check fix issue.

Google Play Store > Three horizontal lines at upper left corner > My apps & games > Update

Also, check if the system update available.

Forced Restart

Press & hold the power button and volume down button until the Samsung logo appears on the screen.  Now after a restart, your device check fixes a problem or not.

Clear App Cache to Fix Galaxy Note 9 App Crashing Issue

Step 1: Go to Settings in your galaxy note 9.

Step 2: Tap Apps.

Step 3: Select the app you want to clear the cache.

Step 4: Tap Storage.
