When you reset your Pixel, it will remove all your phone data, including photos, videos, Google account, downloaded apps, system settings, etc. Back up your data before performing factory data reset on Google Pixel.

If you’re Pixel turns on, you can easily factory reset using below given phone settings.

Step 1: Go to Settings.

You can use this method if your Pixel 7/7 Pro won’t turn on, unresponsive touch screen issues, black screen problems, stuck on the G logo, restarting issues, etc. Make sure to back up and restore your important data before applying a hard reset on your Google Pixel 7 series.

Step 1: Touch & hold the Power & volume down buttons simultaneously until the Start menu view.

Step 2: Press the Volume down button until the Recovery mode view.

Step 3: Press the Power button.

Step 4: You can see “No command” with the screen’s Android robot exclamation mark icon.

Step 5: Long-press the power key and still press the volume up button once to boot your Pixel 7, 7 Pro into recovery mode.

Now, the Android recovery mode menu appears.

Step 6: Press the Volume down button until highlighting the Wipe data/factory reset.

Step 7: Press the Power button.

Step 8: Press the Volume down button to highlight the Factory data reset.

Step 9: Press the Power button to wipe cache data on your Pixel.

You can see the wiping data process at the bottom left on your Pixels. Wait until complete the process is done. You can see the Reboot system now after completing the process.

Step 10: Press the Power button to reboot your Pixel 7 series.

Now, your Pixel 7 series reset to factory default settings. You can back up and restore all data using your Gmail account.
