You can reset your OnePlus 9 Pro if you’re phone’s black screen or touch screen not responding, and other issues. Follow the below steps to factory reset your OnePlus 9 Pro/OnePlus 9.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel at the top and tap on the Settings icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on System.
Step 3: Tap on Reset options.
Step 4: Tap on Erase all data (Factory reset).
Step 5: Tap on Erase all data.
Step 6: Tap on Confirm.
This pop-up message displays: Erase all data?
Step 7: Tap on Erase all data.
Step 8: Wait until wiping the data in your OnePlus device.
When restarting your phone, you need to set up it again on your OnePlus device.

Step 1: Make sure to Power off your OnePlus device.
