How to Extend Battery Life on Samsung S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, S23 Ultra, S23+ and S23

Apply the solutions below to improve battery life on Samsung Galaxy S24 and S23 devices. Compatible with other Samsung One UI 6.0 and 5.1 devices.

Set Screen Timeout to 30 Second

If you’ve set the screen timeout high (5 minutes or 10 minutes), set your Samsung phone screen timeout as 30 seconds will stop battery draining.

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Turn Off the Always-On Display

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap Accounts and Backup.

Step 3: Tap Manage accounts.

Step 4: Tap your Google account.

Step 5: Tap Sync account.

Step 6: Toggle off the option you don’t use.
