Here’s how to downgrade from Android Lollipop to KitKat 4.4. Many users not comfortable with the new lollipop OS and try to downgrade to KitKat 4.4 version. How to Downgrade Android Lollipop to Kitkat 4.4 using Reboot/Factory data reset
Step 1: Press the Volume up+Power+Home button until seeing the screen.
Step 2: Use the volume down button to scroll “wipe data/factory data reset” and press the power button to select an option.
Step 3: Select “Yes” using the power button and your phone will reset.
After complete this process, select the “reboot system now”. Now your android device looks original when you buy.
Step 4: Restore your data using Samsung Kies via connecting your device computer via USB cable.
Now check your android device or tablet reboot completely or not. If not then take it nearby Samsung device store to downgrade it.
