  1. I would like to add a Samsung note or word document to my “Always On” lock screen. This note or document would contain emergency contact information for first responders. Can I do that and if so How?

    • You can use Emergency call settings to add a contact, address ad other information.

Tap Emergency call below the lock screen pattern or PIN > Tap + icon > OK > Unlock your phone > You can add group name, group ringtone, add contacts > Save

Now, if anyone finds your phone, that user calls you using emergency call settings without unlocking your phone.
