1st Method: Use split screen view and multi window on Note 10+
Step 1: Go to settings app
Step 2: Tap Advanced features
Step 3: Enable multi window toggle
Step 4: Now turn use recents on
Step 5: Tap recent apps button
Step 6: Select app from list
The first app will appear at the top of the half screen.
Step 7: Select second app
The second app will appear at the bottom of the half screen when opened in split screen view. You can adjust the screen size and copy information from one app to the other. To exit multi window mode, long press middle of the screen and swipe bottom or top of the screen.

2nd Method: Use Multi Window on Samsung Note 10 Plus using app pair
Step 1: Tap Edge panel handle
Step 2: Tap Add app (+ icon)
Step 3: Tap Create app pair at upper right corner
Step 4: Select two apps from list you want to use split screen multitasking on Samsung galaxy
Step 5: Tap Done
Step 6: Tap created app pair to use two apps as multi tasking
Step 7: Now two apps open in your device screen
Also snap window, switch window and open in pop-up view.
Step 8: Tap X icon to close multi window
