Want to get rid of gesture navigation on Pixels? Here’s how to change the navigation bar in Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a (5G). By default set fully gesture navigation in your Google Pixel 5. You can change from full gesture to 3-button navigation on Pixel 5 and 4a using gestures settings. 2-button navigation button removed from the latest Pixels. Also, adjust back button sensitivity for the right edge & left edge when using full gesture navigation.

How to Back 3 Button Navigation Bar on Google Pixel 5
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Scroll down at the end and tap the System.
Step 3: Tap on Gestures.
Step 4: Tap System navigation.
Step 5: Set Gesture navigation by default. You can see the above navigation bar button (Full-screen gesture) in your Pixel 5 and 4a.
Step 6: Choose 3-button navigation. You can see Back (Left side), Home, and Recent apps (Right side) buttons in your Pixel 5 & 4a.
Step 7: Choose Gesture navigation to activate a full navigation gesture again.
Step 8: Tap the Settings gear icon to adjust the sensitivity of the back gesture.
Step 9: Move the slider to set low or high back gesture sensitivity for the left edge or right edge in your Pixels.
How to Enable Swipe Fingerprint for Notifications on Google Pixel 5 & Pixel 4a
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on System.
Step 3: Tap Gestures.
Step 4: Tap the Swipe fingerprint for notifications.
Step 5: Toggle on Swipe fingerprint for notifications.
To check the receive notifications, you need to swipe down on the fingerprint sensor on the back of your Pixels.
