1st Method: Quickly change taskbar location in Windows 10
First of all unlock the taskbar in your Windows PC.
Step 1: Right click on the blank space in taskbar
Step 2: Tap Lock the taskbar
Unlock the taskbar in your device, so you can easily drag it to position you want on your PC or laptop.
Step 3: Left click on the taskbar and move it (Top position) to top or left or right or bottom you want
Now change Windows 10 taskbar location you want in your PC or Laptop.
2nd Method: Move taskbar in Windows 10 using Personalization settings
Step 1: Tap Windows start icon in your PC
Step 2: Tap Settings gear icon
Step 3: Tap Personalization
Here you can see background, colors, lock screen, themes, fonts, start and taskbar options.
Step 4: Tap Taskbar at last
By default Windows 10 taskbar located at bottom of the screen (Show below given screenshot)
Step 5: Tap drop down box of Taskbar location on screen
Step 6: Choose from Left / Top / Right / Bottom
