How to Fix Touch Screen Unresponsive on Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL
To fix unresponsive touch screen issue on Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, apply below given different ways.
Restart your Pixel 3
It will improve device performance and fix small bugs in your android device.
Step 1: Long press power button in your Google Pixel 3 & 3 XL.
Here you can see the power button menus such as Power off, restart, screenshot, and emergency.
Step 2: Tap Restart.
Now restarting your device, after restart check Google Pixel 3 screen is working or not.
Forced Restart
Long press the power button until restart your device.
Remove Memory Card to Fix Google Pixel 3 Touch Screen Not Working
If you have a use MicroSD card in your device, remove the memory card from your phone. Sometimes faulted memory card is causing this screen unresponsive type problem.
Find the third party app that causing a problem using Safe Mode
Enable safe mode to find the app that causing the Pixel 3 touch screen is not working or unresponsive screen issue.
Step 1: Long press the power button on your Pixel 3.
Step 2: Touch & hold Power off button until view Reboot to safe mode.
Step 3: Press OK to boot into safe mode Pixel 3.
Now, wait until Google Pixel 3 restarts.
Step 4: You can see the Safe mode symbol on the bottom left corner.
Now all downloaded third-party apps are disabled or hidden from your device. Check your Pixel 3 touch screen working normally without facing issues. Hard reset Pixel 3

Step 1: Power off your Pixel 3 and 3 XL.
Step 2: Press & hold the volume down button and the power button at the same time until your phone screen vibrate.
Now Android system recovery screen is view on your phone. By default start button show on your Google Pixel 3 & Pixel 3 XL screen.
Step 3: Press the volume down button until view recovery mode.
Step 4: Press the power button to restart into recovery mode.
Now appear the screen of the android robot exclamation mark with a red triangle symbol with No command on the Pixel 3 device.
Step 5: Press & hold power button and press volume up button one time only and then release only the volume up button.
You can see Pixel 3 recovery mode options that including reboot system now, reboot to bootloader, Apply update from ADB, Wipe data/factory reset, power off, and more settings.
Step 6: Press the volume down button until Wipe data/factory reset.
Step 7: Press the Power button to perform wipe cache data.
You can see this message: Wipe all user data? By default selected No option.
Step 8: Press the volume down button to select Yes.
Step 9: Press the power button to factory reset Pixel 3.
After the restart, check to fix the Google Pixel 3 touch screen issue.
