Forced Reboot
Long press the power button and volume down button simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears on the screen. If the system problem, your Samsung starts using this method. If you still facing the issue, follow the below method.
Discharge your phone to Fix Samsung Black Screen Issue
It’s quite difficult to guess phone discharge because of black screen issues. After discharging the battery, connect your device for up to 40-45 minutes with its original charge. Now, press & hold the volume down button and power button together until the screen wake app or Samsung logo appears on the screen.
Remove SD Card
Switch off your device and remove the SD card. Then reboot your Samsung device and check fix issue or not.
Use Safe Mode in Samsung Galaxy S7

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on the Samsung Galaxy S7 device
