How to Enable Dark Mode On Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, S20 Plus, and S20
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Tap on Display.
By default set Light theme.
Step 3: Tap on Dark.

Set Schedule to Turn Dark Mode ON & OFF on Galaxy S20 Ultra
Step 1: Go to settings.
Step 2: Tap on Display.
Step 3: Tap on Dark mode settings.
Step 4: Toggle on Turn on scheduled (Show below-given screenshot).
Step 5: Choose Sunset to sunrise/Custom schedule (Set start time & end time).

Turn Off Dark Mode
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Display.
