Annoying by Samsung using so much data usage? Here’s how to manage or reduce data usage on Galaxy S20 Plus, S20 Ultra, and S20. You can see individually data usage by apps using mobile data usage settings in your S20 series. Set data usage warning and data limit on your Samsung devices to automatically disable cellular data when reaching the limit. Also, set the billing cycle and disable background data of the app that unnecessary running that. You can enable data saver on S20+/Ultra to extend battery life.

How to Manage Data Usage on Galaxy S20+/S20 Ultra/S20
You can set a data limit to stop using mobile data once your phone reaches the set data usage.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Touch Connections.
Step 3: Touch Data usage.
Step 4: Scroll down and Touch on Mobile data usage.
By default turned off data limit toggle.
Step 5: Toggle on Set data limit.
Step 6: Touch Data limit.
Step 7: Set the Limit and tap Set.
If you want to get an alert message before reach out to the set data limit, make sure to enable data warning in your device.
Step 8: Tap Data warning.
Step 9: Enter the limit and tap Set.
Disable App Background Data Usage on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra/S20+/S20
Step 1: Open app drawer and tap on the Settings app.
Step 2: Click on Connections.
Step 3: Touch on Data usage.
Step 4: Scroll down & Tap on Mobile data usage under the mobile section.
You can see the list of apps with usage data.
Step 5: Tap on the App you want to restrict background data.
Step 6: Toggle off “Background data”.
