Here’s how to turn on WiFi calling in Google Pixel 4 XL and Pixel 4. When enabling WiFi calling on your Android devices, it will use to make and receive calls over a WiFi network. You can use WiFi calling while traveling outside the country to avoid extra mobile data charges. By default turned off WiFi calling. Easy to enable WiFi calling on Pixel 4 and 4 XL on different carriers likes AT&T, T-mobile, Spectrum Mobile, Vodafone, etc. Compatible with Pixel 3a, 3a XL, 3, 3 XL, 2, 2 XL running Android 10 version.
You can add an emergency address that used as your location when you make an emergency call over WiFi. Also, enable VOLTE on your Google Pixel 4 XL and Pixel 4 using this setting.

How to Activate WiFi Calling Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL
When WiFi calling is on, your phone can automatically call via your WiFi networks or your carrier’s network, depending on which signal is stronger. Let see steps to activating WiFi calling.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Tap Network and internet.
Step 3: Tap Mobile network.
Step 4: Tap Advanced.
Step 5: Scroll down and tap on WiFi calling.
Step 6: Toggle on WiFi calling.
Follow the below steps if you can see options. I can’t see any options on my device (India).
Step 7: Tap on Calling preferences.
Step 8: Chose from Call over WiFi/Call over a mobile network.
Step 9: WiFi Calling is Turned on in your Pixel 4/4XL device.
How to Enable VoLTE on Pixel 4, 4 XL, Pixel 3, 3 XL, 3a, 3a XL, 2, 2 XL – Android 10
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Touch Network & internet.
Step 3: Touch Mobile network.
Step 4: Toggle on VoLTE.
You can use LTE services to improve voice and other communications.
