How to disable Google smart lock on Pixel 2

You can disable smart lock on Pixel 3 and other android device using below given security settings.

Step 1: Swipe up from bottom of the screen to access app drawer on Google Pixel 2

Step 2: Tap Settings app

Step 3: Scroll down up to Security and open it

Here you can see Smart lock option under Device security section.

Step 4: Tap Advanced

Step 5: Tap Trust agents

Enable Google smart lock on Pixel XL

By default turned on smart lock (Google) in your Google Pixel 2 and other devices.

Step 6: Turn off smart lock (Google) toggle to disable smart lock on Pixel 2

Step 7: Tap back button

Step 8: Now disable or remove smart lock option from your device

If you want to use Google smart lock again on your Pixel devices, turn on toggle again in your phone. You can use smart lock feature using below settings on android Oreo 8.1, android 9 Pie and upcoming android 10 Q.

Settings > Security > Device security > Smart lock

Now enable Google smart lock on android from On-body detection, trusted face, trusted device, trusted place, and trusted voice you want to use.
