It will delete all your Pixel data, including your Google account, Internal storage, photos, videos, downloaded apps, etc. Make sure to back up & restore your data before performing a hard reset/factory reset of your Pixel 6 Pro.

Step 1: Long press the power button until you view the power menu and tap the Power off.

Step 2: Touch & hold the power & volume down key simultaneously until the Start button view.

Step 3: Press the volume down key until Recovery mode views.

Step 4: Press the Power key to boot into recovery mode on Pixel 6 Pro.

Step 5: You can view the Android Robot exclamation mark with No command on the screen.

Step 6: Long press the power button and the volume up button once only to go to the Android recovery screen.

Google Pixel 6 Pro recovery mode includes Reboot system now, Reboot to bootloader, Apply update from ADB, Apply update from SD card, Wipe data/factory reset, power off, etc.

Step 7: Press the volume down key until it highlights the Wipe data/factory reset.

Step 8: Press the Power key.

This message display: Wipe all user data? This cannot be undone!

Step 9: Press the volume down key to select Factory data reset.

Step 10: Press the Power key to access it.

Step 11: Press the Power key to reboot the system in your Pixels.

How To Factory Reset Pixel 6 Pro Using Phone Settings

Step 1: Go to Phone Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap System.

Step 3: Scroll down and tap Reset options.

Step 4: Tap on Erase all data (Factory reset).

Step 5: Check the box Erase downloaded SIMs. If you want to remove SIM data, tap on Erase all data at the bottom right side.

Step 6: Confirm your lock screen.

Step 7: Tap on Erase all data button.
