When starting Android in safe mode, it will disable (Hide) all third-party downloaded apps until the turn off safe mode. Only use system default apps on your device. Step 1: Long press the power button until view the power menu.

If you can’t find any problem in safe mode, it means one of the third-party apps causing the issue. Restart your Pixel to turn off safe mode. Remove the recently downloaded app one by one and check to fix the issue. After removing the app causing the issue, install the other apps again.
