Check Network Signal

Turn Airplane Mode On & Off
Swipe down the notification panel at the top and tap on Airplane mode in quick settings tiles to enable it. After 10 seconds, again tap on Airplane mode to turn it off. Now, open the messages app and send a message.
Remove SIM Card & Re-insert again
Make sure the SIM card is inserted correctly into your Samsung device. Remove the SIM card from the SIM tray and reboot your device. After the restart, reinsert the SIM card and try to send an SMS.
Delete Unnecessary Conversation
Step 1: Open the Messages app on your device.
Step 2: Long-press the message to select it.
Step 3: Tap on the Trash icon to remove it.
Turn Off Advanced Messaging
Step 1: Open the Messages app on your Samsung device.
Step 2: Tap on Three vertical dots (Menu) at the top right.
Step 3: Tap on Settings.
Step 4: Tap on Advanced messaging.
Step 5: Toggle off Advanced messaging switch.
Clear Messages App Cache on Samsung Galaxy
Step 1: Open Settings in your Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus.
Step 2: Tap on Apps.

Turn on Safe Mode
Step 1: Press and hold the Power button until the Power off button appears.
Step 2: Long press the Power off button until Reboot to safe mode is viewed.
Step 3: Tap OK or Safe mode to boot into safe mode on Galaxy S10 Plus.
Now, wait until restarting your Samsung device.
Step 4: You can view the Safe mode icon on the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 1: Open the app drawer and tap the Settings app.
Step 2: Tap on General management.
Step 3: Tap on Reset.
