Restarting your Samsung phone refreshes the network connection and sometimes fixes slow internet or no internet issues.

Method 1: Ensure Turn Off Airplane Mode (Flight Mode)

Enable Airplane mode on your phone can stop all network connections like mobile data, WiFi, etc. Swipe down the notification shade from the top and ensure the Airplane mode is turned off.

Method 2: Poor Network Signal

If your phone is a weak or no signal, you won’t access the internet connection. Find a place that has a good network connection.

Method 3: Check your Mobile Data Plan

Make sure to turn on mobile data on your phone. Go to Settings > Connections > Toggle on Mobile data. Also, check your mobile data plan if the plan expires.

Method 4: Check the Router and Modem if using a WiFi Connection

Connect your WiFi to another device to check for WiFi issues if you’re using a WiFi connection. Restart your router and check to fix the problem. If there are specific WiFi related issues, delete that network and re-connect it.

Forget WiFi: Settings > Connections > WiFi> Tap Settings gear icon of connected WiFi> Forget.

Connect WiFi: Settings > Connections > WiFi> Tap the Network name > Enter the password.

Method 5: Check Software Update

Ensure your Samsung device is installed with the latest system update. To check for an update, go to Settings > Software update.

Method 6: Check if the SIM Card Issue

Remove the SIM card & clean it with a soft cloth. Insert the SIM card and check your internet connection. If you are still facing the problem, insert your SIM card into another device to check if the SIM is faulted.

Method 7: Reset the Network Settings

It will reset all network settings to the default configuration, including cellular data, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.

Step 1: Open the Settings app.

Step 2: Find the General management and tap it.

Step 3: Tap the Reset.

Step 4: Tap the Reset network settings.

Step 5: Tap the Reset settings.

Step 6: Enter your PIN or Password to unlock the phone.

Step 7: Tap the Reset.

Restart your phone and check to fix no internet connection issues.

Method 8: Contact your Service Provider

Contact your carrier support or mobile service provider to resolve the problem.

And that’s it. We hope one of the above-given solutions fixes your internet connection issues. If you still can’t access the internet, contact the Samsung support.
