2 Ways to factory reset Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL Pie

To remove any problem on your Pixel 3a & 3a XL, you can reset your device to factory settings.

Note: A factory reset data will remove all data from your device.

Before you apply factory reset, we recommend backing up your phone information. Make sure remember your Google account username and password for restore data.

1st Way: Factory reset Google Pixel 3a XL & Pixel 3a using phone settings

Step 1: Open app drawer and tap Settings app

Step 2: Tap System

Step 3: Tap Advanced

Now enter PIN or Password or Pattern lock if needed.

2nd Way: Factory reset Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL using hardware keys

You can reset Pixel 3a XL and Pixel 3a using power & volume down key if you’re device won’t turn on or touch screen not working.

Step 1: Make sure switch off your Google Pixel 3a & 3a XL device

Step 2: Enter Pixel 3a into recovery mode

Step 3: Press & hold power button and volume up button same time to scroll to wipe data / factory reset, press the power button to select it.

This message appear on screen: Wipe all user data?

Step 4: To confirm, press volume down buttons to scroll to Yes and press the power button to select it.

Clearing the cache may take few minutes.

Step 5: Press the volume down buttons to scroll to reboot system now, press the power button to select it.
