To perform a hard factory reset Pixel 3a XL and Pixel 3, put your device into recovery mode. Apply below-given settings to reset Google Pixel 3a and 3 XL.
Step 1: Switch off your Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL.
Step 2: Press & hold the volume down button and the power button at the same time until your device vibrates.
