Change Camera Video Resolutions Pixel 4 XL and Pixel 4
Step 1: Open the camera in your Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL.
Step 2: Tap on video mode.
Step 3: Tap on Arrow (^) at above to open video settings.
By default set 60 frames/second and turned off the flash.
Step 4: Tap Settings gear icon.
Step 5: Scroll down until the video section and tap on back camera video resolution.
By default set Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL video resolution as HD 1080P for both front and rear cameras.
Step 6: Choose from UHD 4K (30 fps)/HD 1080p/HD 720p.
Step 7: Tap on Front camera resolution.
Step 8: Choose from HD 1080p/HD 720p/SD 480p.
You can also enable or disable video stabilization in Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL devices.
