Step 1: Swipe down notification panel from top of the screen and tap Settings gear icon

Step 2: Tap Lock screen

Step 3: Scroll down up to notifications and tap on it

By default get notifications on lock screen in galaxy S10, S10 plus and S10e.

Step 4: Enable/disable notification on the lock screen Samsung S10

Step 5: Tap View style
