Step 1: Open your Phone app in Z Fold 5 and Z Fold 4.
Step 2: Click Three vertical dots (More) in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Select Settings.
Step 4: Touch Block numbers.
Step 5: Enter the phone number manually or choose a phone number from the recent list or phone contact list you want to block and click Done to add contacts to the block number list.
How to Block Calls from Unknown Numbers Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Fold 4
It will automatically block spam calls from unknown persons, not add them to your phone contact list.
Phone app > More (Three vertical dots) at the upper right corner > Settings > Block numbers > Toggle on Block calls from unknown numbers.

Step 1: Follow the above-given steps 1 to 4.
Step 2: Touch – the icon in front of a blocked number to unblock it.
You can now receive calls and messages from this number on your Samsung phone.
