How to Reset Forgot Secure Folder Password on Galaxy Note 8/Galaxy S8/S8 Plus
If you forget the pattern lock or PIN for a secure folder, reset it using the below settings.
Reset Secure Folder PIN or Password on Note 8
Step 1: Swipe down the notification bar from the top of the screen & tap on the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Tap on Lock screen & security.
Step 3: Tap on the Secure folder under the Samsung folder.
Step 4: If you draw the incorrect pattern or entered the wrong password, tap on the Reset pattern at below middle screen.
To reset your secure folder pattern follow on-screen instruction in your Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8 devices.
Step 5: Tap on Reset.
Step 6: Enter your Samsung account id and password to reset it.
Step 7: Tap on Confirm.
