Factory Reset Google Pixel & Pixel XL to Reset Pattern Lock or Password
It will remove all your phone data. Make sure back up & restore your important data before applying the below steps.
Step 1: Turn off your Google Pixel and Pixel X.
Step 2: Press & hold the volume down button and the power button at the same time until the phone vibrates.
You can see the Android system recovery screen on Pixel. By default Start button show on your Pixels.
Step 3: Press the volume down button until view recovery mode.
Step 4: Press the power button to restart into recovery mode

Bypass Google Pixel Lock Screen Using Android Device Manager
Before trying this method in your Google Pixel & other devices, your device must enable location. So you can erase all data, lock the screen, and change the screen lock using the Android device manager. Settings > Personal > Security > Device administrations > Device administrators > Android device manager > Activate this device administrator
