Restart your Pixel 2/Pixel 3
Tap & hold the power button in your Google Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL device. Tap the Restart option. After restart you’re Pixel 2, check your device identifies song or not.
Make Sure Enabled Now Playing
Make sure enable Now playing on Pixel 2 XL and Pixel 2 devices.
Step 1: Go to Settings in your Pixel 2 & Pixel 2 XL.
Step 2: Tap Sound.
Step 3: Tap Advanced.
Step 4: Tap on Now Playing.
Step 5: Toggle on “Show on lock screen”.

Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Apps & notifications.

Step 7: Tap on Storage and cache.
Step 8: Tap Clear storage.
Step 9: Tap OK.

Force Stop Pixel Ambient Services
Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps >Three vertical dots at the top right > Show system > Pixel Ambient Services > Force stop > OK
