How to Fix Google Pixel 3 Camera App Crashes or Freezes
First of all restart your device if you’re Google Pixel 3 frozen even screen on, press & hold the power button and tap restart button to reboot your Pixel 3 phone. Now check fix the issue. If not, apply below-given troubleshooting ways.
Check system software update
