Step 1: Go to settings or scroll down notification panel and tap on Settings gear icon

Step 2: Tap on Sounds and vibration

Step 3: Scroll down at the end of the page and tap on Separate app sound

By default turn off separate app sound in galaxy S9 and S9 plus devices. Here you can see apps and audio device settings. You can turn on separate app sound in galaxy S9 and S9 plus here.
