How to Enable or Disable Ambient Display on Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL
Step 1: Go to Settings in your Pixel 2 & 2 XL.
Step 2: Tap Display.
Step 3: Tap Advanced.
Here you’ll see several Pixel 2 display settings such as sleep time, rotate the screen, font size & display size, screen saver, Ambient display, and more.
By default enabled ambient display in your Pixel 2 devices.
Step 4: Toggle off “Ambient display”.
