How to Enable Now Playing on Pixel 4a Using Sound Settings
Step 1: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the app drawer and tap on the Settings app.
Step 2: Tap Sound.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap on Advanced.
Step 4: Tap Now Playing.
Step 5: Toggle on Show songs on lock screen.
Now, play a song on your phone or speaker. You can see the song and artist’s name in history.
Step 6: You can view the song and artist name on your now playing history.
How to Turn On Now Playing on Pixel 4a 5G Using Display Settings
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Display.
Step 3: Tap on Advanced.
Step 4: Scroll down and tap on Lock Screen at the last.
Step 5: Tap on Now Playing.
Step 6: Toggle on Show songs on lock screen.

Step 1: Go to the app drawer and tap the Settings app.
