How to Set Custom Ringtone On Android Oreo 8.1

By default set ringtone in your Android devices. It’s quite easy to set custom ringtone in Android Oreo 8.0 and 8.1 devices. You can directly add custom ringtones, music files/songs, and other third party sounds from the phone gallery. You can’t directly add downloaded ringtones in the previous version Android Nougat 7.1.2. You need to use a file manager app to set a third-party ringtone if you won’t directly add a custom ringtone.

In Android Oreo sound settings, you can set phone ringtone, default notification sound, default alarm sound, and enable sounds and vibrations such as dial pad tones, screen-locking sounds, charging sounds, touch sounds and vibrate on tap. Step 1: Go to Settings in your Android Oreo devices.
