How to Send Attachment With Text on Samsung Galaxy Note 9
Step 1: Open the Messages app in your Samsung Galaxy Note 9.
Step 2: Tap the message icon at the bottom side screen.
Step 3: Enter mobile number, name or email or select contact you want to send MMS as a text message.
Step 4: Enter the message you want to send with a picture message.
Step 5: Tap + icon.
Here you can see Emojis, search GIFs, camera, stickers, gallery photo and record audio or video in your Samsung Note 9 devices.
Step 6: Choose a picture from the list you want to send as MMS on Note 9.

How to take a picture on Galaxy Note 9 using S Pen
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel two times and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Tap Advanced features.
Step 3: Tap S Pen.
Step 4: Tap Hold down the PEN button.
Now here you can select what happens when you hold down the S Pen button in your galaxy Note 9. Press and hold the Bluetooth button to launch S Pen on your Note 9 device.
Step 5: Turn on camera toggle under app actions in S Pen remote settings.
