Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap Utilities.
Step 3: Tap Parallel apps.
You can see the supported apps list.
Step 4: Toggle on WhatsApp to use two WhatsApp account.
Step 5: You can see the duplicate app in the app drawer. Tap on it and enter your phone number and follow the process to set up a new WhatsApp account.
You can use two WhatsApp account (WhatsApp & Business account) in your OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro devices.
How to Disable Parallel Apps
Settings > Utilities > Parallel apps > Toggle off app from parallel apps list

You can see the selected app appears in the upper half of the screen.
Step 4: Select another app you want to use multi-window mode.
