How to Use Secure Folder on Galaxy S21 Plus

Step 1: Open the app drawer and tap on the Settings app.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on Biometrics and security.

Step 3: Tap on the Secure folder.

Step 4: Tap on Agree button.

Step 5: Sign in with your Samsung account. If you have not created your Samsung account, you’ll need to make it.

Step 6: Select a Screen lock (Pattern/PIN/Password/Fingerprints) to protect your data and apps.

Step 7: Draw the pattern lock and then tap on Continue.

Step 8: Draw the pattern again and then tap on OK.

You can see the list of installed apps in a secure folder. Tap the app to open it.

Step 9: Tap on Add apps to add more apps or Add files to upload files to the secure folder.

Step 10: Select the file type (Images, Audio, Videos, My files, Document) you want to upload.

Step 11: Select the videos (We select) and tap on Done at the top right corner.

If you move these files to a secure folder, they will be removed from their original folders. Copying the file will create a duplicate version in the secure folder.

Step 12: Choose from Copy or Move.

Settings > Biometrics & security > Secure folder > Toggle on Add secure folder to apps screen

How to Lock or Unlock Secure Folder in Samsung Galaxy

Step 1: Open the app drawer and tap on the Secure folder.

Step 3: Select a lock type from Pattern, PIN, Password, or Fingerprints.
