Do you want to use Google’s live translate on your Google Pixels (Running Android 14/Android 13)? By default, turn off live translate. Here’s how to turn on and use live translate Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7, Pixel 7a, Pixel 6, Pixel 6a, Pixel 5, and Pixel 5a 5G. Live translate will automatically detect other languages and show your translation. You will need to download that language to use Google Pixel Live Translate. How to Use Live Translate in Your Pixel 7 Pro, 7, 7a, 6 Pro, 6, 6a, 5, 5a
First, turn on live translate on Pixel using the settings below.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down & tap on System.
Step 3: Tap on Live Translate.
Step 4: Toggle on Use live translate.
Here, you can see other settings like only download languages on Wi-Fi, translate to, and add a language (Translate From) setting.
Step 5: Open any chat and see a pop-up to translate the language.
Step 6: Long-press the language to choose from, ask to translate (Default)/Automatically translate/Don’t translate.
How to Download Language to Use Live Translation in Google Pixel
Step 1: Go to Settings > System > Live Translate.
Step 2: Tap on Add a language.
Step 3: Tap Any language from the list you want to download.
Step 4: Tap on Add language.
Now, set translate to (Hindi) and translate from (the English) language you want to use in your Google Pixels.
