By default, launch the Bixby when your long-press the power button. You must set the side key (Power key) as a power menu in your Samsung phone. Follow the below steps to change side key settings in your Samsung S23 and other One UI 5.1 devices.
Step 1: Tap and hold the power and volume down buttons until you see the power menu.
Step 2: Click on Side Key Settings at the bottom.
