How to Set Up Fingerprint on Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra/S21+/S21

Do you want to activate fingerprint on Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra/S21+/S21? Here’s how to set up fingerprint sensor on Samsung S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra 5G. You can unlock your phone and verify in apps purchase using fingerprint scanner. Before add your fingerprints, you need to set a screen lock (PIN, Password, or Pattern Lock). Also, add multiple fingerprints (Up to 5) in your Samsung devices. Other lock screen security is face unlock, smart locks, Password, PIN, or Patter lock.

How to Set Up Fingerprint on Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

Step 1: Swipe down notification panel with two fingers and tap the Settings gear icon.

Step 2: Scroll and tap on Biometrics and security.

Step 3: Tap the Fingerprints.

Step 4: Tap the Continue.

Step 5: Select the screen lock from Pattern/PIN (We choose)/Password.

Step 6: Enter the PIN and tap the Continue.

Step 7: Re-enter the PIN and tap on OK.

Step 8: Press your finger on the sensor, than lift it off when you feel a vibration. Reposition your finger each time to capture the edges of your fingerprint.

Step 9: Tap on Continue. Continue to lift and place your finger on the sensor until complete the process (100%).

Step 10: If you would like to add more fingerprints, tap on Add. Otherwise tap on Done.

How to Add More Fingerprint on Galaxy S21+, S21, S21 Ultra

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Tap on Biometrics and security.

Step 3: Tap on Fingerprints.

Step 4: Tap the Add fingerprint.

Step 5: Follow the instruction to add it.

How to Rename Fingerprint on Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

Settings > Biometrics and security > Fingerprints > Tap Fingerprint 1 > Enter the name > Save

How to Delete Fingerprints on Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra

Settings > Biometrics and security > Fingerprints > Three vertical dots > Delete
