How to Master Reset Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G using Hardware Keys
Back up all your data before applying the hard reset Samsung device process below.
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel at the top of the screen and tap the Power button.
You can see the power menu on the screen.
Step 2: Tap on Power off.
Step 3: Tap again Power off to switch off your Samsung device.
Step 4: Long press the power & volume up keys at the same time to access the recovery mode.

Step 9: Press the Power key to reboot the system now.
Now, unlock your phone and delete all your Samsung device data and settings set as factory default. Now, set up your Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5g lock screen security as Pattern lock, PIN, Password, or Biometric security (Fingerprint scanner & Face unlock).
