Let see steps to import contacts from SIM card to Pixels.
Step 1: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the App drawer.
Step 2: Tap the Contacts app.
Step 3: Tap Three horizontal lines (More) at the top right corner.
Step 4: Tap Settings.
Step 5: Scroll down and tap Import under the Manage contacts section.
Step 6: Select from .vcf file/SIM card.
Step 7: Select the contacts you want to import and tap on Import at the top right corner.
How to Export Contacts from Pixel 5/Pixel 4a 5G/Pixel 4/4XL/3/3 XL/3a/3a XL
Step 1: Open the App drawer in your Pixels.
Step 2: Tap on the Contacts app.
Step 3: Tap on Three horizontal lines (More) at the top right corner.

Step 5: Scroll down and tap on Export under the Manage contacts section.
You can see the .vcf file on the screen on your Pixel devices.
