Step 1: Swipe down notifications panel from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.

Step 2: Tap Lock screen.

Step 3: Tap Notifications

By default turn on lock screen notifications and enable show on Always-on display in galaxy S10 plus devices.

Step 4: Turn on “Hide content” toggle to hide notifications content in galaxy S10 plus notification panel

Settings > Lock screen > Notifications > View style > Choose from detailed/Icons only/Brief

  1. Hi I have the s10e and I’m trying to get my messages back to showing up on the lockscreen ( you can see the message and everything) but it doesn’t have an option to show the message .. help please

    • Go to app settings and find messages app and check notification settings that might be useful to solve your lock screen notification related issues.

      Settings > Apps > Select your message app > App info > App settings > Notifications
