Use dual WhatsApp or Facebook account in your Samsung S20 series? You can use dual messenger on Galaxy S20 Ultra to manage two Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media accounts at the same time. You can set up dual messenger using advanced features. Enjoy two different social media accounts (Supported apps only) in a single phone. This is ideal if you want to use both personal & work accounts of the same app.
By default turned off the app. You can see the supported apps list in your device. It will automatically add the app that supports this dual app feature after you install them. Also, use split-screen multitasking to use two separate apps at the same time in your Smartphone. Follow the below-given step by step process to enable or disable dual messenger on Samsung S20+.

How to Use WhatsApp (Facebook) in Dual Messenger on Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra
Step 1: Swipe down the notification panel from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap Advanced features.
Step 3: Tap on Dual Messenger.
Here, you can see supported apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Viber, and Messenger. By default turned off toggle.
Step 4: Toggle on the app from the list to use two accounts.
This pop-up message appears: Install a second copy of WhatsApp?
Step 5: Tap Install.
Step 6: Tap Confirm.
Step 7: Toggle on “Use separate contacts list” if you want to use separate contact.
Select contact individually or Select the All button at the top left side.
Step 9: Tap Next.
Now, the second copy of WhatsApp installed message appears on the screen.
Step 10: Back to Dual Messenger settings and here you can see the toggled on the app.
Supported apps will appear here after you install them. Also, enable or disable separate contacts list to show in your second app.
Step 11: Tap on the second app on the home screen in your device.
Step 12: Sign in to another WhatsApp/Facebook account in the second copy of the app.
Now, enjoy two Facebook/WhatsApp account on your Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra.
Use Multi-Window Mode on Samsung S20+
You’ll use two different apps at the same time on your phone.
Step 1: Tap recent apps key at the left of the navigation bar.
Step 2: Swipe the screen and find the app you want to use a split-screen view.
Step 3: Tap app symbol at top of the app.
Step 4: Tap Open in a split-screen view.
Step 5: Choose the second app from the list.
Now, use the messages app and watch YouTube videos at the same time in your Smartphone.
