Step 1: Long-press on the blank area on your Samsung home screen.

Step 2: Touch Themes.

Step 3: Touch the Top tab at the top.

Step 4: Choose from All (By Default)/Paid/Free from the dropdown box.

Step 5: Tap on the Theme you want to download.
