1st Way: Clear the cache of Google Play Store

Step 1: Go to “Settings

Step 2: Tap on “Apps” under device section

Google Play Store app option in app settings

Step 3: Scroll down until see Google Play Store and tap on it

Step 4: Touch “Storage”

Clear the cahce and data play store to fix app error

Step 5: Tap “Clear cache

2nd Method: Clear the Dalvik cache

Step 1: Download & install root explorer app

Step 2: Go to data > Dalvik cache

You can view folders & files of Dalvik cache.

Step 3: Delete all the files of this folder

Step 4: Restart your android phone
