1^st Way: Clear the cache of Google Play Store

Step 1: Go to “Settings”

Step 2: Tap on “Apps” under device section

Step 3: Scroll down until see Google Play Store and tap on it

Step 4: Touch “Storage”

Step 5: Tap “Clear cache”

Also clear cache of Google play services on your device. If clearing the cache doesn’t work, then also clear the app data of play store and Google play services.

2^nd Method: Clear the Dalvik cache

Dalvik is a JAVA based virtual machine in android OS that is useful to execute android applications. To use this method, you have root access on your android and clear the Dalvik cache. First of all download root explorer app or ES file explorer on your android device.

Step 1: Download & install root explorer app

Step 2: Go to data > Dalvik cache

You can view folders & files of Dalvik cache.

Step 3: Delete all the files of this folder

Step 4: Restart your android phone
